Pastor Keith has been the pastor of small and large churches and his most recent pastoral experience was at Church of the Open Door in Maple Grove. Pastor Keith was installed as Hope's lead pastor in February of 2013. He teaches, leads retreats, coaches pastors, and helps churches to restore and rekindle their unique mission and witness to their community. Keith and his wife, Cheri, live in Buffalo, Minnesota. They have two married children and expanded their family with 2 grandchildren that make them very happy to be grandparents.
Director of Worship /Director of Youth & Family Ministry
Rachel grew up in Slayton, MN and recently graduated from Bethel University with a degree in Ministry. She was a part of the worship ministry at Bethel during her time there and loved it! She loves creating spaces where people can meet God and experience His love. Rachel loves working with children and youth, working as a bible camp counselor near her hometown for four summers. A few of Rachel's "favorite things" include music, a warm cup of coffee, dogs, laughter and thunderstorms. Rachel joined us at Hope in 2016.
Director of Children & Family Ministry
Kathy started as the Christian Education Coordinator in 1996; She graduated from SCSU with a degree in education. She loves working with and learning from the kids; their child-like faith is an inspiration to her on a daily basis. Kathy is married to Darrell and together they have a blended family of 5 grown boys. She recently has discovered the joy of grandchildren and all the activity that creates.
Janelle came to Hope Covenant with 16 years of previous secretarial experience. She began working at Hope Covenant in 2004. She is married to Lyle and they live near Clearwater. They have two married children, and one grandson. They are active members of Rejoice in Clearwater. She sings in the Praise Band and teaches Sunday School. Janelle enjoys flower gardening, singing, playing piano, swimming, and boating. Call her at the church office with questions or information to share with our church family.
Pam started attending Hope in 1987. She has been caring for the building since 1990. She has a passion for serving God by serving His people. She likes to work on new ideas and projects around the property. She and her husband Steve have 4 grown children and are enjoying the excitement and entertainment of 13 grandchildren. She enjoys working with different community groups here at Hope. When time allows you’ll find her tinkering around with perennial plants, creating digital photos, working on another quilt, or enjoying a book. Her favorite scripture verse is found in Philippians, chapter 4 and verse 13; "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
