Spiritual support is provided through community, prayer and biblical teaching. As part of this ministry, La Fonderie team also runs a multifunctional art space in central Paris. Since 2006, it has provided a place of connection with French and international artists and the local community in Paris; a place where the Gospel can be lived out in practical ways and through long term relationships.
Eric and Christy McCauley have been equipping church leaders and making disciples with Greater Europe Mission (GEM) in Austria since 2002. Austria has a great need for evangelism, discipleship, and leadership training so that Austria will be reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Click here to learn more.
Eric works in the areas of discipleship and leadership training, working with several Austrian ministries to train and mentor leaders, as well as serving as the co-leader of GEM Austria. Christy sees her ministry as inviting others into an encounter with Christ, whether through the local church small group ministry she co-leads with Eric, or through individual discipleship and evangelistic conversations. She also serves in two educational ministries for young people, which reach out with evangelism and discipleship. Eric and Christy serve on the leadership team of an annual evangelistic English camp in partnership with Kids-Team Austria, bringing a team of native English speakers to work with Austrian believers to share the gospel with 140 children and their families each year.
The Massey's
Mission of Hope International started the Compassion Center in Richmond, VA in 2012 under director Simi Massey (husband Peter) with the desire to help single mothers and their children who were victims of domestic violence. The program has grown and evolved since then including medical mission trips abroad. Click here to learn more.
COVID UPDATE: We are currently trying to meet the need in our local Houston area. In the past year, we reached out to nearly 8,000 people in the Houston area through our Compassion Center, distributing food, clothes, diapers, baby items, and other household items to those in need along with the Gospel message. We have been reaching out to the nations through our radio and TV ministry. We are getting good reports of people being delivered from terrible situations such as domestic violence, prodigal children returning to the Lord and souls being saved despite great persecution in their land. Our mission trips had to be cancelled due to Covid, however, we continue to reach out through the Compassion Center and through the media. We are also providing Bible study and prayer meetings among University students in the Houston area. We covet your prayers and financial support to carry on what the Lord has called us to.
The tangs
James and Nyaluak Tang have been serving in South Sudan through the Covenant Church (Serve Globally) since 2006. They are drawing people to Christ through Community Development, Christian Formation and Discipleship, and through Sudanese Ministries. Click here to learn more.
Their work includes working with refugees. In March, James spoke at a Youth Conference held at a refugee camp with more than 10,000 youth groups from South Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda. The theme was "Forgiveness & Reconciliation." Bibles were distributed to the youth. If you were to visit them they would love to have you experience the refugee life and see how the people still have joy regardless of their long suffering. They would want you to see the Ethiopian culture.
Intervarsity
“Change the University. Change the World."
InterVarsity is a multi-ethnic community and national campus ministry. Our Vision is to see students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed and world changers developed. Through small groups, social events, conferences, and coffee outings we explore who Jesus is and how faith shapes our lives and sharpens our academic experience. Click here to learn more.
Kirsten Wagenius and Nicole Cook serve with InterVarsity right here in our own backyard, St. Cloud State University. Seeking to reach every corner of campus, they work with empowered student leaders to establish and advance small group communities growing in love for God, God’s Word, God’s people of every ethnicity and culture, and God’s purposes in the world. Currently at SCSU there are groups reaching out to Freshmen in the dorms, nursing students, graduate students, international students, and faculty. This last year through the help of God’s spirit & new virtual ministry tools, they were able to plant a new InterVarsity chapter at Central Lakes College in Brainerd, MN. Please join us in praying for students and faculty across the campuses of central Minnesota to be transformed by the power and love of Jesus Christ.
